As it prepares for a growth spurt, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar made a series of leadership changes, including the appointment of Scott Isaacs as president of the Southeastern restaurant chain.
Isaacs steps previously served as senior vice president of operations for Brixx. His resume also includes 25 years at Darden Restaurants and five years in an executive leadership role at Romacorp.
In conjunction with this announcement, Brixx named Richard Shinault vice president of culinary and purchasing. He has been with the company for more than 16 years. Rocky Tradd joins Brixx as vice president of sales and development. Formerly the international regional vice president of operations of Twin Peaks Restaurants, Tradd will oversee “the rapid expansion of the Brixx Franchise Systems,” per a company release. And Bill Edwards will assume the role of vice president of finance.
Brixx co-founders Jeff Van Dyke, Eric Horsley and Barbara Morgan will remain with the company as members of its board of directors.
