Multiconcept operator SPB Hospitality named Amanda Hyde senior vice president of operations for its Krystal chain.
Amanda HydeShe has been with SPB Hospitality and Logan’s Roadhouse for nine years, and previously served as vice president of operations services and director of operations.
Her background includes working in operations roles with such restaurant chains as Mimis Café and Bob Evans.
In addition to Krystal and Logan’s Roadhouse, other SPB brands include Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, J. Alexander’s and Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill.
