Elaine Shen was named executive vice president – foodservice channel for CFS Brands. Shen previously served as president of Winco. In October of 2023, CFS Brands acquired Winco. 

Elaine ShenIn her new role, Shen assumes responsibility “for driving the strategic growth and development of CFS Brands’ worldwide foodservice brands portfolio,” per the company. She will also continue to oversee sales and marketing efforts for both Winco and G.E.T.

With 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Elaine has served as the president of Winco for the past 5 years. Prior to that, she held the position of vice president of marketing and product development at Winco.
