The Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Management added Ed Mugnani to its board of directors.
A 25-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Mugnani serves as chief operations officer for Krafted Kitchen Collection, which is part of Compass Group USA.
Krafted Kitchen Collection combines the contract feeder’s various dining models to create specific solutions for its customers.
“My hospitality career has taught me that people come first, egos are checked at the door, and taking care of our clients, guests and team, by granting and anticipating needs is paramount to success,” Mugnani said in a release.
