Boelter hired Mike Klosterman to serve as director of contract and design and Joe Klosterman as senior director of customer success for the Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.

In this new role, Mike Klosterman will focus on serving Boelter clients throughout Missouri and the surrounding states.

Joe Klosterman’s role is a newly created position at Boelter. As senior director of customer success, Joe Klosterman will lead the “new business development strategy across target customer segments,” per a company release. He will also “direct the strategy to leverage synergies across all Boelter business units with the goal of maximizing customer success.”

Both Mike and Joe Klosterman’s backgrounds include working as independent manufacturers reps with Apex Commercial Kitchen Co. and then Curate.
