Former MGM Resorts executive Dominique Bertolone was appointed president of Brinker International chain Maggiano’s Little Italy. In addition to leading the Italian dining chain, Bertolone will become part of Brinker’s executive leadership team.

Dominique BertoloneBertolone’s brings more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry to his new role, most recently serving as senior vice president of food and beverage strategy and development at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. In that role Bertolone oversaw strategy development and execution around the company's portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges and nightlife venues.

Bertolone’s background also includes 15 years with Bellagio Resort & Casino, working in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility. He also worked with SBM Hospitality Group in Monaco.
