RSG Adds a Customer Support Leader

Refrigerated Solutions Group hired Keith Long to serve as vice president of customer experience for the parent company of Master-Bilt and Norlake.

Long comes to RSG from Dover Food Retail where he served as director of after-sales support. In that role Long integrated customer relationship management and field service management software applications and strategies to support customers across North America and Latin America.
