Software company Revalize has added to its foodservice portfolio by acquiring KCL, a software provider for commercial foodservice design.

KCL allows foodservice designers to access a library of foodservice equipment files to add them to their commercial kitchen layouts. KCL solutions support both BIM and CAD. It also has a program that facilitates designs without running a CAD or BIM program.

In July of 2021, private equity firm Luminate Capital Partners sold AutoQuotes to TA Associates. As part of this deal, AutoQuotes became part of Revalize, a cloud-based software platform for manufacturers.
