Foodservice equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam made a trio of updates to its national accounts team.
Here’s a quick overview of these moves:
- Omar McCullough was hired to serve as director of national accounts. McCullough joins Alto-Shaam from a cold chain management and temperature monitoring solutions business.
- Mallory Klotz, who joined Alto-Shaam in 2017, was promoted to customer experience national accounts team leader. In her new role, Klotz who joined Alto-Shaam in 2017, assumes responsibility for leading and developing the internal support structure for national and key accounts, as well as, providing project support for equipment orders, per a company release.
- Michelle Beckmann now serves as key accounts specialist, customer experience. Beckmann has 14 years of experience in customer supporting roles.
