Multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer Winco acquired Bar Maid Corp., a producer of products for bars, restaurants, hotels, convention facilities and event catering. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The Bar Maid portfolio will strengthen our position across many of our existing categories, including bar supplies, equipment, and cleaning and sanitization,” said Elaine Shen, an executive vice president for the Foodware Group and president of its Winco Division. The Foodware Group is the parent company for both G.E.T. and Winco.

As part of the transition process, Bar Maid and Winco customers will be able to order and receive Bar Maid products from Winco’s multiple warehouses in New Jersey, Nevada, and Florida, per a release announcing the deal.
