Longtime TriMark executive Jay Blitstein has transitioned to a new role with the company. Blitstein now serves as regional vice president for Northern California for the Massachusetts-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.

In his new role Blitstein oversees all sales and operations for Northern California, including three Chefs' Toys locations, distribution sales, special project group, and the Brisbane, Calif., distribution center.

Blitstein joined TriMark Economy Fixtures in 2010, serving as vice president of sales. He eventually transitioned to the dealer’s private label business, where he most recently served as a vice president. In mid-May TriMark hired John Tulaney to fill the role of director of private label equipment.
