As part of a planned transition, Polly’s Pies promoted Eric Stenta to CEO and president. He takes over for James Kaa, who is stepping down to spend more time with his family and pursue other interests, per a company release.
Kaa has been with Polly’s Pies since 2017 and served as CEO and president for the past two years. He will remain with the company in a part-time capacity as vice president of finance.
Stenta joined Polly’s Pies in 2019 as vice president of operations and most recently served as senior vice president and chief concept officer.
The chain has 13 units throughout Southern California and it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as assorted bakery items.
