Biscuit Belly introduced Tarah Freestone as the restaurant chain’s vice president of operations.

Tarah FreestoneIn 2022, Biscuit Belly brought on Lisa Dwelly as VP of operations and training to strengthen the brand’s development efforts. With the hiring of Freestone, Dwelly will now focus her efforts entirely on training, while Freestone will center on operations, per a company release. In this role Freestone will “shape the systems and processes in place for future franchise partners and management.”

Freestone brings more than 15 years of expertise working in the restaurant franchise industry to her role at Biscuit Belly. Most recently, Freestone served as vice president of learning and development at Bubbakoo’s Burritos. Freestone’s background also includes serving in operations and management leadership roles at Golden Krust, Domino’s, Saladworks, and Arby’s.
