Church’s Texas Chicken hired Roland Gonzalez to serve as U.S. chief operations officer.
Gonzalez’s resume includes serving as executive vice president, operations at Virtual Dining Concepts and as head of global operations standards and strategy for Restaurant Brands International, which is the parent company to such restaurant chains as Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes.
