EMC Hospitality will add Alto-Shaam to its line card effective March 1, 2023. The manufacturers' rep firm will represent Alto-Shaam in Southern California and Southern Nevada (MAFSI Territory 24), as well in Northern California and Northern Nevada (MAFSI Territory 22).
Mirk Group now represents Motion Technology, Inc., a manufacturer of ventless cooking equipment, in Illinois.
Pecinka Ferri Associates promoted Nicholas A. Mercogliano to partner. He’s been with the New Jersey-based rep firm for eight years and serves as Pecinka Ferri’s corporate executive chef.
Preferred Marketing Group, a California-based rep group, has added all of the Middleby brands to its line card. PMG is now the rep for Middleby in California and Nevada.
