Casual dining chain Texas Roadhouse promoted Gina Tobin to president. She had previously served as chief learning and culture officer.
CEO Jerry Morgan had held the role of president since 2021.
A 27-year veteran of Texas Roadhouse, Tobin has held a variety of roles during her time with the chain, including managing partner, market partner and vice president of training.
“This promotion creates a clear line of succession, which the Board of Directors and I have been working on for more than a year. With Gina as president, along with our phenomenal leadership team, I will be able to spend more time in the field supporting operations for all three concepts,” said Morgan.
