Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux appointed company veteran Scott Taylor to serve as chief executive officer.
Company founder Brandon Landry will become chairman of the board of directors for the casual dining chain. Taylor has served as Walk-On’s president and chief operating officer since joining the company in 2010.
Offering a menu that includes Louisiana cuisine, elevated sports bar fare and American classics, Walk-Ons has more than 75 restaurants open across 13 states. The chain expects to open 20 additional locations in 2023, per a company release.
In December 2022, Walk-On’s debuted a restaurant prototype called the Wildcat. The new design offers indoor/outdoor seating for more than 200 guests in a 6,000-square-foot footprint.
