Multiconcept operator Montclair Hospitality Group tapped Joey Simons to serve as its chief executive officer. MHG is the parent company to such concepts as Ani Ramen House, Mochinut, pastaRAMEN, Sushi by Bou and Kai Yang.

Simons’ background includes serving as chief operating officer and chief of staff for sbe, another multiconcept operator which developed such chains as Umami Burger, Krispy Rice, Sam's Crispy Chicken and Kumi. Prior to sbe, Simons served as director of operations for Blue Ribbon Restaurant Group.
