Darlene Schoeneberg was introduced as vice president of operations for Playa Bowls, a chain with a menu featuring various bowls, juices and smoothies.
In her new role Schoeneberg will work with both corporate and franchised units.
With more than 25 years of foodservice experience, Schoeneberg most recently served as director of operations for Dunkin' Brands.
Playa Bowls has more than 165 locations systemwide, operating in 20 states. The chain has two additional states under development in Kentucky and Alabama.
