North American Kitchen Solutions was acquired by Valesco, a Dallas-based private equity firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NAKS is a factory-direct manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, including both Type I and Type II hoods, ventless hoods, fire suppression, exhaust and supply fans, slip fit round ductwork and custom fabrication.
NAKS also provides walk-in coolers, per a company release.
The company sells its products online at hoodmart.com.
