Arthur Carl II was appointed vice president of culinary for family dining chain IHOP.
A food and beverage industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Carl most recently served as vice president of culinary and beverage research and development for Dave & Buster’s. In that role, Carl “led culinary and beverage strategy and innovation and established a passionate culture of food and beverage including brand identity,” per a release announcing his hiring.
In this new role Carl assumes responsibility for driving the evolution of the IHOP menu.
