Central Restaurant Products and The Hubert Company will increase synergies in the new year by way of a strategic alliance between the two companies.
As of Jan. 1, 2023, the two subsidiaries of TAKKT AG will centralize finance, IT and human resource operations.
Taizoon S. Jhaveri, current president of Hubert, will lead the new entity, per a release, which also stated that both Central Restaurant Products and The Hubert Company will continue to operate as separate companies.
