Bar Louie introduced Mike Mrlik as the chief operating officer for the self-described gastrobar chain.

Mrlik’s career spans more than 25 years. Prior to Bar Louie, Mrlik led operations at Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, where he re-branded the concept, its image and menu, per a release announcing his hiring. Mrlik also served as president and CEO of Mr. Gatti’s Pizza.
