Jordan Heiliczer has joined the National Restaurant Association’s public policy team as labor and workforce policy director. In this role, Heiliczer will spearhead the NRA’s efforts to “protect the restaurant business model, rebuild the workforce, and drive innovative training and workforce initiatives.”
“As the labor and workforce policy director, Jordan will be responsible for shaping and advocating for policies restaurants and their employees need to thrive in communities across the country,” said Aaron Frazier, vice president of public policy for the association.
Prior to joining the association, Heiliczer worked as the senior director of Government and Political Affairs at the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) where she led federal efforts supporting small business advocacy, workforce relations, and COVID-19 response.
