Excell and Nissco hired Mike Jewett to serve as CEO for the dealer-based foodservice equipment and supplies buying groups.
Back in April, these organizations began searching for new leadership when Randy Brunschwig, CEO and president of Excell and Nissco, announced his retirement after leading the two dealer-based foodservice equipment and supplies buying groups for 18 years. Andrew Meyer has served as interim CEO since.
Jewett is a 25-plus-year veteran of the foodservice equipment industry. Most recently, though, Jewett served as vice president of global service for Spectris plc, a London-based company specializing in high-tech instrumentation, test equipment and software for the world's most technically demanding industrial applications. His resume also includes serving as central region director for foodservice equipment manufacturer ITW/Hobart. Jewett also served as vice president of service operations for TriMark Strategic and CEO of Horizon/Bradco.
