Fishman & Associates, a Florida-based equipment dealer, added three people to its roster: Nick Morales, Jamison Day, and Tia Deines.

All three have foodservice design experience and have worked on larger projects including stadiums, healthcare and corporate dining.

Fishman & Associates, established in 1986, provides foodservice design support to clients nationwide including assisted living and retirement centers, country clubs, resorts, clubhouses, healthcare facilities, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, churches, and more. The Fishman team’s expertise includes kitchen design, bar and dining room layout, equipment specification, cost budgeting, refrigeration, and fabrication for new and remodeled food service facilities.
