Greg George will become CEO of The Peach Cobbler Factory, effective May 1, 2022. George was an early investor and served as company president for the Nashville-based family-style dessert chain.
This is The Peach Cobbler’s second update to the company’s c-suite since the start of the year. In January 2022 Gene Stein was named COO of The Peach Cobbler Factory.
The company has plans to open fifty locations by the end of 2022 and over 200 new stores by the end of 2024, per a release.
