Mike Conway has joined Vulcan as a business development manager, serving as a sales expert and lead for the foodservice equipment manufacturer’s fryer, griddle and charbroiler lines.

Conway will work in conjunction with Vulcan’s sales directors to provide development, training and end-user support.

Conway’s background includes serving most recently as CEO of Tecnoeka and as president of UNOX North America, both of which manufacture combi ovens. A certified personal chef and ACF member, Conway has worked in culinary and operational roles throughout Florida restaurants. Conway served as director of operations for Hissho Sushi, where he was responsible for 150 franchised sushi bars across the U.S. Additionally, Conway ran his own catering company in Charlotte for ten years – specializing in healthcare service.
