Shawn Thompson was named CEO for Pieology, a 130-unit pizza chain.
Thompson joins the custom pizza concept from Supercuts where he served as president. Prior to Supercuts, Thompson served as president of Tim Hortons USA and head of global operations for multiconcept operator Restaurant Brands International (RBI). During his time with RBI, Thompson also worked with the parent company as well as its Burger King chain.
