Baltimore-based hospitality group Atlas Restaurant Group acquired two local restaurants on Dec. 20, The Valley Inn and The Oregon Grille. The additions bring Atlas’ total restaurant portfolio to 25 locations.

The Valley Inn, located in Lutherville-Timonium, Md., functions as a gathering place for the nearby horse-riding community. The property was renovated in 2012 and will hit its 100-year milestone in 2022. Plans for The Oregon Grille, a Hunt Valley, Md., steakhouse, include a complete renovation in the spring of 2022 with the intent to reopen in the fall with a refreshed interior design and outdoor patio.
