BradyIFS continued to grow via acquisition with its purchase of Janitor’s Warehouse, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1992 by Jim Barnes, Janitor’s Warehouse is a distributor of janitorial and packaging products with locations in the Texas cities of Houston and Austin. Rob Weschler became president of Janitor’s Warehouse in 1994 and is expected to remain with the company.

This represents the fifth acquisition for BradyIFS this year. In November BradyIFS acquired San Antonio-based Millennium Packaging & Distribution. In October, BradyIFS purchased two companies: Fishman Supply Company and Armstrong Paper Group. And in March of this year, BradyIFS acquired Elkins Wholesale, based in Mississippi.
