Structural Concepts tapped Dennis Lock to serve as national account manager for the company’s eastern region and Christopher Lustberg to serve as national sales manager for the maker of temperature-controlled display units.

Lock recently served as director of business development for Chowbotics, a robotic foodservice equipment company. His background also includes sales and commercial roles at US Foods, Wonton Food and Pinnacle Foods Group. In his new role, Lock will focus on developing business with regional and national foodservice and convenience store accounts.

Lustberg’s foodservice equipment background includes working with such manufacturers as Alto-Sham, Rational Cooking Systems, and True Manufacturing. He has also held senior sales roles with dealers and distributors.
