Foodservice equipment industry veteran Patrick Walker was named regional vice president of sales for Star Holdings Group, part of The Middleby Corp.

Walker’s career spans more than 34 years in the foodservice industry and includes time with such companies as at Carter-Hoffmann, Bunn-O-Matic, Electrolux Professional and, most recently, Fagor Commercial.

Walker will remain based in Charlotte, N.C., and will assume responsibility for the following territories: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Star Holdings Group includes such foodservice equipment brands as APW Wyott, Bakers Pride, Star, Holman, MagiKitch’n, Lang, Toastmaster, and Wells.

This represents Star’s second personnel move in recent months. In October, Star promoted Chris Rudin to vice president of chains.
