Belshaw Adamatic Prepares for Leadership Transition

Frank Chandler will retire from his role as president of Belshaw Adamatic, effective Dec. 31, 2021. Sam Dettloff has begun transitioning from his role as vice president of operations and engineering at Belshaw to serve as president of the Ali Group-owned company.

As president, Dettloff will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Belshaw, which manufactures donut-making equipment and ovens, among other items. Dettloff’s resume includes positions with Texas Instruments, Honeywell International and LNS Group. In addition, Dettloff has more than a decade of experience in the foodservice industry, managing plant operations and engineering for Illinois Tool Works. Dettloff joined Belshaw Adamatic as vice president of operations and engineering in July 2020.

Chandler became Belshaw's president in 2013. His foodservice equipment background includes working with such companies as Vulcan and Wolf Range Company.
