Minnesota-based foodservice consulting firm Rippe Associates hired Sarah Johnson to serve as an operations project manager. The company also elevated associate Eric Goodrich to associate principal.
Prior to joining Rippe Associates, Johnson served as a clinical nutrition manager at Regions Hospital. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist with 18 years of experience in acute care hospital settings.
Goodrich most recently worked on Rippe Associates’ higher education team for 2.5 years, where he has been mentored by Rippe's principal, Terry Pellegrino.
