Electric Motor Repair Company, promoted Rick Rush to operations manager of the service agent’s DCMV branch based in Beltsville, Md.

Rush joined EMR in 2007 as a field technician before eventually being promoted to service manager. Prior to joining EMR, Rush was a trained chef, working more than 20 years in restaurant operations.

EMR’s DCMV branch covers Washington, D.C., and portions of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia, and consists of a team of approximately 30 technical and support staffers.
