Alto-Shaam promoted Lucy McQuillan to the newly created role of chief commercial officer for the Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment manufacturer. She previously served as Alto-Shaam’s executive vice president of global sales.

In her new role on Alto-Shaam’s executive leadership team, McQuillan will lead the company’s commercial efforts, including the development and execution of Alto-Shaam’s strategic objectives.

McQuillan joined Alto-Shaam in 2015. Her foodservice industry background includes working with Cornelius.
