Dave’s Hot Chicken promoted Jim Bitticks to president and chief operating officer. He joined the chicken chain as chief operations officer in July 2020.
Bitticks’ background includes serving as vice president of operations for CKE Restaurants and chief restaurant officer for Blaze Pizza.
In his new role, Bitticks will help lead the growth and expansion initiatives for Dave’s Hot Chicken.
