BradyIFS has acquired San Antonio-based Millennium Packaging & Distribution.

Millennium distributes foodservice disposables, dry goods, janitorial, cleaning and facility supplies across Texas and the Midwest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This represents the third acquisition for BradyIFS this fall. In October, BradyIFS purchased two companies: Fishman Supply Company and Armstrong Paper Group. And in March of this year, BradyIFS acquired Elkins Wholesale, based in Mississippi.
