Quick-service chicken chain Zaxby’s promoted Keith Anderkin to the newly created position of chief supply chain officer. Anderkin started at Zaxby’s as vice president of supply chain and quality assurance in June 2020.

Anderkin is no stranger to the QSR segment. Prior to joining Zaxby’s, Anderkin worked for such restaurant chains as Long John Silver’s, Arby’s and Fazoli’s.

During his tenure at Zaxby’s, Anderkin has developed a team that focuses on executing strategic objectives in both the development of new stores as well as the management of different categories, per a release.
