Corey Burns was appointed director of after-sales services for Carpigiani North America, an Ali Group company.

In his new role, Burns will work to strengthen the service and parts operations while driving operational improvements and customer satisfaction for the North Carolina-based manufacturer of gelato equipment.

Corey BurnsBurns brings more than 24 years of experience to his role with Carpigiani, including roles with equipment manufacturers Standex Foodservice and Welbilt. He also worked with TriMark USA, a foodservice equipment and supplies dealership.

This will be Burns’ second tour of duty with an Ali Group company, having previously worked with Burlodge.
