Rob Ertmann has joined Mo’Bettahs as president. Ertmann joins Mo’Bettahs during a planned growth spurt for the fast-casual restaurant chain that features a Hawaiian menu.
Mo’Bettahs plans to open 26 new locations by the end of 2022, doubling the size of the company. This will include the company adding its first stores in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas City in 2021. Mo’Bettahs has 22 locations across Utah and Idaho.
Ertmann brings more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries to his new role, most recently serving as chief operating officer at Philz Coffee. He also held leadership roles at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group and Peet’s Coffee.
