Joe Guith was promoted to category president, restaurant brands for Focus Brands. He previously served as president of McAlister’s Deli, one of the restaurant chains Focus Brands owns.

His background with Focus Brands also includes serving three years with the company’s Cinnabon concept. Guith’s restaurant industry background includes experience working with Yum! Brands and Coca Cola.

Focus Brands also named Guillermo Cremer its chief people officer.

Additional brands in the Focus Brands lineup include Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Jamba, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky’s.
