Kitchens To Go, a division of GRS Holding LLC, was acquired by Mobile Modular Management Corporation.

Kitchens To Go provides temporary mobile, modular, and containerized commercial kitchens and ancillary support facilities as well as custom permanent modular construction mechanically complex applications. A division of McGrath RentCorp, Mobile Modular provides both temporary and permanent modular space for a variety of applications, including classrooms, mobile offices, sales offices, storage containers and complexes.

As a result of the deal, Kitchens To Go will now go to market as Kitchens To Go by Mobile Modular.

This deal “will allow Kitchens To Go to expand its footprint in commercial and noncommercial foodservice as well as other facility solutions marketplaces,” per a release announcing the transaction.
