Enrique “Rick” Silva will become CEO of Culver’s, effective March 29. He replaces Joe Koss, who retired at the end of 2020 after 23 years with Culver’s.
Silva comes to Culver’s after serving 13 years as CEO for Checkers & Rally’s Restaurants. His background also includes 13 years working at Burger King.
