PES Design Group tapped Michael Mills to serve as director of foodservice design for the Florida-based consulting firm.
A veteran of the foodservice industry with more than 15 years of experience, Mills’ background includes working with Fishman & Associates, a Venice, Fla.-based company that handles commercial kitchen and bar design as well as equipment sales. Mills also has experience working with a regional restaurant chain based in Florida.
In his new role with PES Mills will work on design projects spanning all industry segments and be based in the company’s Southeast office.
