Ability Reps, Chrane Foodservice Solutions and Performance Reps Northwest hire new talent while The Gabriel Group and Table Top Dogz add to their line cards.
Ability Reps hired Doug DeLuca to serve as vice president of business development for the Gloucester, Mass.-based manufacturers’ rep firm. A veteran of the foodservice industry with more than 36 years of experience, DeLuca’s background includes founding Food Equipment Solutions and Fountainhead Group as well as serving as national director of equipment sales and procurement for Sodexo USA.
Chef Jax Sperling has joined Chrane Foodservice Solutions as director of culinary innovation for the Texas-based independent manufacturers’ rep firm. In her new role Sperling becomes responsible for pre- and post-sale product demonstrations, testing initiatives with restaurant chains, K-12 recipe development, pairings and mixology, social media and other online communication as well as training for the Chrane team and its customers. In addition, Chrane added ThermalRite, ICS, LoTemp Doors and ReFresh by Everidge to its line card.
The Gabriel Group now represents Fisher Manufacturing Co. in Kentucky, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. The 40-year-old manufacturers’ rep firm’s headquarters is in Michigan and the company has offices in Indiana and Ohio. Fisher Manufacturing produces plumbing products for the foodservice industry.
Performance Reps NW added Devin McGraw to its outside sales team. McGraw’s background includes 25 years of experience working as a rep as well as working with foodservice equipment and supplies dealers. McGraw will join Tim Bertalot in representing Performance Reps NW’s lines in Oregon and will be responsible for Montana as well.
Oneida Hospitality Group tapped Table Top Dogz to serve as its representatives throughout Florida. Formerly known as Crown Brands, Oneida Hospitality Group includes the following product lines: Focus Foodservice, Update International and Johnson-Rose.
