Foodservice equipment manufacturer Unified Brands added Ajay Kothari and Brent Barkley to its team and promoted Clay Thames.
Kothari will serve as senior director of technology, leading a team of engineers researching technological advances – both in and outside of the foodservice industry – to aid in Unified Brands’ product development efforts. Barkley will serve as senior director of strategic brand management for Unified Brands’ Randell and Avtec equipment lines, focusing on product positioning, product line expansion and design and manufacturing efficiencies.
A 20-plus year company veteran, Thames previously served as product line director for cooking and warewashing.
