Monticello Becomes SHFM President

The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management announced its 2020-2021 Board of Directors. Serving as SHFM president is Damian Monticello the senior manager, corporate hospitality services at GuideWell. In addition, Rob Gebhardt director, customer experience services for JLL, now serves as SHFM’s president-elect.

The other members of the SHFM board include:
