Mike Tillis was named vice president of operations and support for Your Pie, a fast-casual pizza chain.

A 30-plus year veteran of the restaurant industry, Tillis’ background includes company and franchise leadership roles at Honeybaked Ham and Checkers Drive-In. In his new role Tillis will lead field operations and training for Your Pie. He will also oversee a franchise support manager team and work closely with franchisees, area operators and restaurant team members.

In addition, Your Pie announced the retirement of Bucky Cook, who previously served as the chain’s CEO and a member of its board of directors. Your Pie promoted Dave McDougall to serve as CEO in 2019 and Cook stuck around in an advisory capacity and served on the company’s board until his retirement.

And, finally, Your Pie tapped Kevin Altman, an 11-year company veteran, to serve as director of technology. He spent the past four-plus years serving as director of franchise support.
